What is the James Fellows Leadership Development Program?
The James Fellows Program is a 12-month leadership initiative tailored for young conservatives ages 18-25 who are passionate about political engagement, policymaking, and community leadership. This highly selective program provides comprehensive training, exclusive networking opportunities, and hands-on experience in key areas of governance, advocacy, and public service.
What Fellows Can Expect
Participants in the James Fellows Program will receive:

How to Apply
The application process for the James Fellows Leadership Development Program opens every April, with a March 24th deadline for submissions. To apply, candidates must:
Meet Eligibility Requirements: Be between 18-25 years old with a demonstrated passion for conservative politics and leadership.
Show Strong Academic or Leadership Experience: Applicants should have a solid academic record or experience leading in community, school, or professional environments.
Commit to the Program: Fellows must dedicate themselves to 12 months of active participation, including workshops, seminars, and the Major Class Project.
